Any brass brush will do, but it really has to be brass (softer metal)

Chapman Typewriter Screwdiver Set

Chapman Typewriter Screwdiver Set

All the right screwdriver bits. Only complaint is that the driver is too big for some tight areas.

Most any dental pick will do, used to clean out the inside of letters on slugs

Dremel Press

Dremel Press

Amazon

Dremels are great, even for detail work, but with a press you have more control on positioning and angle. If you have a Dremel and use it often, seriously consider this.

For when the Champan set can't fit in the tight space, though these sometimes can't get enough torque.

Supposedly like IBM. Certainly they have to be better than what's available on Amazon

T-Handle Bender

T-Handle Bender

I haven't tried this one yet but a T-Handle Bender or two can really get a job done when nothing else can. Buy old stock if you find it but new stock is probably better than nothing.
